All the necessary details of the trip/booking will be provided beforehand and for package deals token money is requested at the time of booking, for rental services no such rules are mentioned before the booking. Every package or renting service includes only the sightseeing charges meaning vehicle fuel, maintenance etc. charges, we do not provide or ensure the passengers' food/hotel facilities.

What is Sightseeing Package'?
'Sightseeing Package' refers to the car renting service provided for visiting tourist places. Other expenses such as visiting fees, ticket fare, Safari charges and hotel or food expenses are not included in such a package.
"I want to book a car to go to airport "?
Yes, you can book a car rental service for airport drop/pick up. We also provide car rentals for destination drop/pickup, round trip or event car booking e.g. wedding receptions
What is your 'Cancelation & Refund Policy'?
A full refund is granted in case of sightseeing package cancellation if cancelled at least 5 days prior to the departure. Failing this condition will cause a confirmation deposit as cancellation fees. In the case of "Event Car Booking" such as marriage bookings, a full refund is only granted if the booking is cancelled min. 3 days before the booking date. If cancelled after that the confirmation deposit will be deducted as cancellation fees. For cancellation of destination drop/pick up, and round-trip bookings the cancellation cost is 20% of the total bill.
What is booking confirmation deposit?
To confirm the booking 50% of the total bill is needed to be paid by the customer as the booking confirmation deposit. The remaining bill can be paid 1 day before the departure or the event.
Available work hours?
We provide services 7 days a week from 11 am to 7 pm and our 'WhatsApp chat' service is active 24/7.
Do I need to pay for 'fuel charges' separately?
We cover all the on road expanses starting from toll tax, fuel charges, vehicle maintenance to Challan etc.
Can I pay using UPI and other methods?
We accept payment via cash, Bank transfer, UPI e.g. Google pay, Phonepe etc
